THE BIRTH OF A REVOLUTION
When Nordica began developing their Double Core technology, they didn’t anticipate
that it could transform skiing across the globe. Initially, the Nordica ski development team–led by Product Manager Florian Seer–aimed to reimagine how a women’s ski could perform. This led Nordica’s research and development team to divide the wood core–the soul of the ski–into two layers and embed an elastomer Pulse Core between them. This dampened vibrations to create a smooth yet powerful ride that boosted confidence.
