Any snow conditions, any day, anywhere. That's what the Armada Declivity is all about. Built on a lightweight platform that holds its own on-piste and delivers unmistakable versatility across the entire mountain. You can turn and burn on command but maintain supreme confidence and control when ripping through pow and crud - all thanks to Articulated Titanal Banding and a lightweight Caruba core with Triaxial Glass layup.
SKIER TYPE: All Mountain / Freeride
ABILITY: Intermediate / Advanced / Expert
ROCKER: Rocker / Camber / Rocker
CAMBER
EST All Mtn Rocker – Rocker is paired with tapered sidecuts both tip and tail provide floatation in soft snow as well as forgiveness in turn shape. Camber underfoot maintains edge hold on the hardpack.
CORE
Caruba Core – Armada's lightest wood species creates the best uphill feel while retaining the power and dampness required in descending gnarly terrain.
LAMINATES
Articulated Titanal Banding – Elastic Compound Layer allows for the ski to enter the turn with ease, yet compresses and releases even more energy than a tradition TI layer. While titanal adds horsepower to the ski with uncompromising performance.
SIDEWALLS
AR100 Sidewall – Superior edge grip for precision on the hardest of snow surfaces.
BASE
Comp Series Base – Sintered UHMW polyethylene with added carbon aids in speed and durability
EDGES
2.5 Impact Edge – Oversized and specially heat treated, this edge is built to resist impact damage in the most demanding situations
BINDING COMPATIBILITY
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.

Are you a bit of a traditionalist who can't shake memories of the days when ski lengths for advanced skiers started with a 2? You need to consider this ski, if that rings a bell with you.
These skis are a blast. They offer the right mix of responsiveness and robustness to deal with Aotearoa's variable conditions. I'd choose them for everything from holding an edge on an icy Ruapehu morning to all but the deepest days at TC.
Although they retain the layers of titanal that make them stable through cut up snow and good for those icy morning, this 2.0 version is a little more forgiving. Good for those of us whose skiing journey stretches back into the '70s and whose style is a bit "old school".
A great NZ "one ski quiver".
