Retail Assistant Manager Position

The team at BaseNZ are looking for a permanent full-time crew member to join our team. 

We are looking for a motivated person who thrives in a busy and highly interactive work environment and has the following attributes:  

• Min 2 years’ retail experience.
• Previous experience in retail supervision, rostering, and stock management desirable.
• Maintain a high level of customer sales and service, ensuring customers are always greeted and served.
• Monitor arrival and check off new stock, including stock room/layby’s & hold rack.
• Organize neat and tidy appearance of shop floor.
• Assist in product selection and buying.
• The successful applicant will be a team player with a well-developed service focus and “can-do” attitude.
• The ability to use their own initiative and to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Friendly, organised and customer focused.
