Take the Skeleton Key anywhere and it'll treat you with the ride you deserve!
RIDER ABILITY- Intermediate / Advanced
With a soft-medium flex, and Directional Camber design, the Skeleton Key is a great Freeride board for intermediate riders, or a great option for Advanced level riders looking for a playful board.
RIDING STYLE- All Mountain/Freeride
A great option for riders who like to charge hard groomers, technical terrain, and then transition into some powder.
A slightly softer than medium flex allows for a board that's super playful, while still retaining some stability at speed, pop, drive out of turns.
PROFILE- Directional Camber
Reverse Camber in the nose make for an easy riding board with tons of float, while Camber going underfoot towards the tail make for a board you can load up with plenty of pop and drive out of turns.
SHAPE- Freeride Directional
What we would simply call a Directional shape, Directional boards allow for plenty of float and stability at speed due to their larger noses and smaller tails. But they sacrifice the ability to ride switch easily. Great for those who want to charge hard or ride pow!
CORE- FSC Certified Super Fly II 700G Core
A blend of Aspen and Paulownia woods that allow for a lightweight design, and awesome pop and snap. While remaining durable. FSC Certified cores also are made in a way that is environmentally, economically, and socially responsible way.
GLASS- Triax Fiberglass
This is a traditional Triaxial layout found on most high end boards. Fiberglass running at 0,+45,and -45 degree angles are stitched together to provide a versatile flex both through the length of the board, as well as torsionally.
BASE- Sintered WFO Base
The Sintered WFO base takes the great elements of a sintered base and amp them up abit. They absorb more wax and have a high density, making for a super fast ride in any snow condition
