Or should we not have told you that...
RIDER ABILITY- Intermediate / Advanced
With a Mid Flex, and Full Camber profile, the Kilroy Directional is designed as a great all round board for riders of all ability levels.
RIDING STYLE- All Mountain/Freestyle
A super versatile design that's as suited to side hits and park laps as it is to groomers.
A Medium flex allows for a board that's a good middle ground between stability at speed, pop, drive out of turns, and still being playful when you want to press or butter it out.
Full Camber from tip to tail makes for a board that is well suited towards powerful turns and has loads of pop when loaded up. Full weight distribution over the entire length of the board allows for precise edge control.
SHAPE- All Mountain Directional
What we call Directional Twin, this style of board has a slightly longer nose than tail. This allows for abit more stability and more float in your dominant stance, while still allowing you to ride switch.
CORE- FSC Certified Super Fly II 800G Core
A blend of Aspen and Paulownia woods that allow for a lightweight design, and awesome pop and snap. While remaining durable. FSC Certified cores also are made in a way that is environmentally, economically, and socially responsible way.
GLASS- Triax Fiberglass
This is a traditional Triaxial layout found on most high end boards. Fiberglass running at 0,+45,and -45 degree angles are stitched together to provide a versatile flex both through the length of the board, as well as torsionally.
Sintered bases are found on higher end boards and absorb more wax than their extruded counterparts. This makes them super fast in a wide variety of snow conditions.
