Snow Gear Sizing Charts

Getting the right size gear can be a challenge when shopping online... It's a challenge that can be overcome. We have put together general sizing charts for skis & snowboards plus brand specific charts for as many products as we can.

Skis

This ski sizing chart offers you a rough guide to suitable ski lengths for your height and weight. Other factors, like your ability and style of skiing, also come into play when you are choosing ski lengths. So this is only a rough guide, please give us a call 0800 BASESHOP or email us shop@basenz.com if you are unsure about the length to choose.

Always work off your weight first and your height second when using this chart.
The chart is for all mountain skiing -- take off 5cms if you’re sizing up an on trail / carve ski; add 10 cms if you are sizing a freeride or powder ski.

Snowboards

This is a rough guide to help you find a suitable snow board length. Remember this is a guide only and many factors can skew the results, if you're unsure please give us a call 0800 BASESHOP or email us shop@basenz.com

Always work off your weight first and your height second when using this chart.
This chart works for general all mountain riding: take off 5 -- 10cms in length, if you are sizing up for a freestyle or park snowboard; add 2 - 4 cms if you are sizing up a freeride board.
