SHIPPING INFORMATION

FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS

Basenz.com makes every effort to keep all offered products in stock and ship out orders within 36 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the first business day. If, for some reason, we cannot fulfill your entire order within these time frames, we will contact you. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will, according to your preference:

1. substitute another product for your order

2. ship your order at a later date

3. contact you when the requested item is back in stock

SHIPPING FEE

The shipping fee is for International orders and Sale items only, all regular orders in NZ are Free Shipping. Sale Items are shipped at the lowest possible rate and will not exceed $30NZD, which would be for a full ski or board setup each.

International shipping will be calculated on an item by item basis. For a guideline, smaller items such as Tee shirts, hoodies, goggles, and sunglasses are approx $15 - $25 to UK,USA, Europe etc and $10 - $15 to Australia. For inquiries email shipping@basenz.com

PLACING ORDERS

Order via this Web site by using the Shopping Cart and providing your credit card number via our secure transaction gateway. Payments made via bank deposit or cheque will be shipped when the funds are cleared in our accts. SHIPPING ORDERS

 Orders shipped within New Zealand are couriered via Courier Post and Fastways. International shipping is via United Parcel Service or New Zealand Post.
