Shipping Policies and Delivery Times

Fulfillment of Orders

BaseNZ.com makes every effort to keep all offered products in stock and ship out orders within 36 hours of receipt on weekdays. Orders made during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the first business day. Sometimes we may not have the ordered item on hand, either because the item is held by our supplier until it is ordered, or the item is in the process of being re-stocked, in which case the item may take 2-5 working days to ship. If, for some reason, we cannot fulfill your entire order within these time frames, we will contact you.

If an item ordered is out of stock, we will, according to your preference:

1. Substitute another product for your order
2. Ship your order at a later date
3. Contact you when the requested item is back in stock

Shipping Fees

Simple: shipping is FREE for all New Zealand orders.

International shipping is charged at economy express courier rates thru TNT/DHL Couriers for large items like skis and boards and NZ post Economy Courier and standard parcel post for small items.
NOTE: If you find the shipping rate in our shipping estimator to be too high or you have ordered multiple items and the shipping total is too high please email us and we will try and get a cheaper rate for you if we can. 

Special Flat rate Shipping for Australia

BaseNZ.com is now offering flat rate shipping for skis and snowboadrs to Australia via DHL. Skis and Snowboards are $70, Boots and Snowboard Bindings are $35 and Smaller items are $20 or less. Please contact us if you are ordering a snowboard and bindings and we will combine for a single charge of $70 for shipping.
Shipping times to Australia with DHL are 3-4 days

Placing Orders

Use the Shopping Cart and provide your credit card number via our secure transaction gateway to order via this Web site.

Bank deposits or cheque payment orders will be shipped when the funds are cleared into our account.

Shipping Orders

Orders shipped within New Zealand are couriered via Courier Post and Fastways.

International shipping

International shipping is via TNT/DHL Couriers or New Zealand Post. BaseNZ.com is not responsible for any customs charges or duties incurred, these are the responsibility of the receiver. Please call your local customs office for information. If your international order needs to be returned for a change of size or you change your mind BaseNZ.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. If BaseNZ.com makes a mistake with your international order BaseNZ.com will cover return shipping costs.
