WHAT WOULD YOU BE IF YOU WERE NOT A SKIER OR BOARDER? A netballer, it's in the winter and had always clashed with my race training

TO ME, BASE IS: awesome! They've stuck with me the whole way through from when I stopped racing and attempted to have a year off and then again to change disciplines to go to freestyle.

WHAT WOULD YOUR BEST DAY ON SNOW BE? 2004 nationals up Whakapapa. The only day we had racing that year up north and it was the most perfect day and I won the GS national title!

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVMENT?  GS nationals J4 girls (04), 1^st overall under 16 girl freeski nationals (06)

 How was your season? Give me a brief run down on what you got up to? Season was interesting, I stopped racing to start freestyle, completely new to the different world of skis that go both ways and baggy pants, especially coming from racing where skin tight lycra was my daily outfit. It was good though I loved it, so much more chilled! I learnt a lot but not as much as I wanted and did a couple of comps which I was stoked with my results.

What was the highlight of your season? Winning nationals for sure

Describe your best day of the season?  The skier x in the nationals, it was such a tense final heat. I was behind an girl id been racing with for the last 6 years and was less then a metre behind her the whole way down and over took her on the last roller two meters before the finish line meaning id come first! (Just!)

Describe your worst day of the season? The day before nationals, I was shitting myself

Plan for the summer? (Where you going and what are you doing?): No summer for me  but ill be skiing in France for 5 weeks and shopping in London for two! Hopefully ill get to meet up with the nz squad and ski with them but otherwise it'll be me and my brother whos gonna be my coach!
