The SPLITPIG is the WARPIG shape that breaks in half so you can walk up mountains and thrash every feature on the way down. Its got the flex of a WARPIG with a Carbon Race Base and a little bit of camber for the climb. Featuring a brushed nylon topsheet to reduce weight while shedding snow. The Split Performance Core features a Slimewall ® center sidewall for maximum vibration damping. The Channel Binding Mounting System allows for more stance options and a much easier setup than standard split inserts, which limit stance options. The SPLITPIG comes with Pomoca Climb 2.0 skins custom fit to the shape and a canted binding mounting puck that works with some split bindings on the market. FITMENT NOTE:

The SPLITPIG requires the use of a splitboard binding or a kit that converts your standard binding into a splitboard binding. RIDE does not currently make a splitboard binding, but Voll © makes a kit that will allow you to use your RIDE binding on this splitboard. The SPLITPIG comes with a canted puck that will work with a number of splitboard bindings that normally require you to purchase the puck separately (Spark, Burton, Volle, K2). Other split bindings (Karakorum and Union) will not use the included puck (check with the manufacturer) but should come with all the equipment required to mount to the SPLITPIG.

Have your mind blown by the 2024 K2 Excavator. Designed for the new age carver that has to slash every lip insight on the way to the POW stashes. This board is built for fun but also knows when to be serious. The wider profile of the Excavator allows riders to size down 5cm from their usual snowboard size and allows you to get all of the performance out of a longer board without the extra swing weight. This extra width and 20mm of taper benefits riders with wider feet, reducing any “booting out” on those deep corduroy carves and long traverses but don't be afraid of the width both for male and female riders. Replacing the Party Plater in the range, the Almanac is an all-mountain freestyle slayer for riders who like to make the whole mountain their playground. With a strong yet lightweight Tri-Species renewable wood core and Ollie Bar, this puppy has pop and the power to boost. The Volume shift gives a little more width under the feet for a stable, super fun ride and the ability to downsize 3-5cm from what you would usually ride. Sporting a directional combination camber with rocker in the tip and tail and camber under the feet, the Almanac is perfect for holding an edge in harder snow conditions while still having the rocker for powder days and allows a bit more forgiveness in the board. 3D Contour Base 3.0 – Freeride focused 3D Contour Base featuring a 7mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0 - 7mm of spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts at the rocker point.

Progressive Sidecut – At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.

Blunt Nose – "How a board glides in powder, crust, corn or any snow more than an inch deep is dictated by it's front contact point and just past it. Next time you are in soft snow watch how much snow comes over the corner of the nose near the contact point. The billowing snow coming out from behind the tip means you are plowing through it which is obviously slowing you down.
