When Nixon say "Bring the noise" they're spot on the money. The Master Blasters not only look and feel great, the sound quality is amazing. We compared the sound quality with a similarly priced set of Bose headphones and they were equally matched, showing the high caliber product Nixon have released. With handcrafted leather ear cans and headband, and lightweight metal speaker cabinets the Master Blasters are top shelf. We like!

Nixon have made sure they're offering is one of the best in the market place and have spared nothing with the Master Blasters. Sound, quality, design and comfort are all top of their game. Nixon have a brand to uphold and with this offering they have certainly made their mark in the headphone market. The Nixon Master Blasters wont be in everyone's price bracket, however if you're serious about your music, and you like high quality products these fella's will have you stoked every time they slide over your ears.

The Master Blaster is a very stylish set of head phones. Everything from the packaging right though to the custom molded carrying case is very well designed. Each ear can has a patent pending ball and socket design that lets them move in all directions, offering a comfortable and snug fit. The custom full size on ear volume knob is one of the best volume controls I've used to date. The overall design is sleek and you can see no cost was spared in designing these creatures.

With a mix of real leather and lightweight metal the Master Blasters are at the top of the food chain when it comes to quality in the lifestyle headphone market. Everything from the packaging through to the material covered custom removable cord is made of fine materials. They're durable and if looked after will give you a few years of life.

SOUND

4.25/5

These boys produce amazing studio quality sound. They offer excellent passive-noise isolation, with their soft padded leather ear phones, and allows for a deep, tight bass response. There's no distortion and you can make out the sounds of almost all the instruments in your fav song. Plug 'em in, crank it up and you'd easily be thinking your sitting in a recording studio.

COMFORT

We found the Master Blasters very comfy and easy to wear for hours. The padded leather headband and and ear cans let them gently hug your head without any discomfort. The patent pending ball and socket ear can swivel allow for smooth adjustments, and at times you forget you're even wearing them. Seriously, I had a few times where I just started walking away from the computer when all of a sudden you hear a crack and the sounds stops. Nothing has broken to date thankfully!
